2 Reasons Why Top Marketers Are Joining Mandura
The reasons why top marketers are joining Mandura can be boiled down to 2 simple things.
Reason #1 Why Top Marketers are Loving Mandura is Mandura’s Straight-line compensation plan
Top earners don’t become top earners by carelessly evaluating compensation plans.
They/we know that in most downline structures/comp. plans, ther eis an eventual dying out of steam and momentum because there are so many legs being built as the teams grow in size and activity.
Before I start boring you with how this is such a “revolutionary” plan, let me say that in all programs it still comes down to YOU getting 3-5 people and THME getting 3-5 people.
No compensation plan will eradicate the need for that!
However, with a straight-line plan there’s only one leg, one team being built and I like that.
Network marketing was originally supposed to be about teamwork, not just about getting in first, and Mandura’s plan for its members is to “show them th emoney”, which leads to less of an attrition rate, which leads to a strong and productive team.
When you start seeing immediate results you will mos tlikely be happy about it, but when your team continues to be productive, then everyone’s happy.
Reason #2 Top Marketers are loving Mandura is the anti-attrition rate potential.
That’s kind of a weird phraseology there but as mentioned in reason #1, the comp plan is designed so everyone that does just a little bit benefits, and when your team is making money then everyone’s happy, motivated and productive.
What about the Mandura products?
If you have any experience with the MLM, network marketing, or even the affiliate marketing industry then you know that there are a lot of juice company MLMs out there.
Without getting into a lot of detail Mandura’s products are base don a family of fruits known to have remedial health benefits.
This doesn’t make them and their products a whole lot different from other juice products, however, that’s kind of my point here.
The reason this company and their products are one of the hottest things right now is their compensation plan design and how it is conducive to having less team attrition.
