I just thought I’d share some recent developments about the Mandura team we have going right now.

One  Mandura Team member just signed up his first network marketing program sign up, ever…!

That’s huge for him on a personal development level and also for motivation when you realize that team training really does help you succeed

Another team member signed up a 6-figure network marketer and top earner under her.

This is like the Holy Grail of personal enrollments because having a top earner join your team directly below you almost guarantees you a substantial long-term residual recurring income.

Another, more experienced network marketer has an industry leader on board who is waiting things out deciding which way to move, if at all.

This is common in the network marketing industry, where some leaders just take up space and wait a while until they see which way the wind’s blowing, which way the industry is headed, if there’s room for another program like Mandura etc…

I’m testing something out right now, something entirely new to me and I’m really only testing it out to see if it will help my team.  If it doesn’t work out then I’m out a few hundred dollars.  If/when it DOES work out well, we’ll have a self-funded proposal so nobody loses any money, but more importantly, everyone starts building up true-blue marketing systems.

What’s a self-funded proposal?

In plain English it’s something you market on the side that pays for itself and then some with the goal of also getting people to join your primary program.

There are several marketing truisms that have became more and more obvious to me over the years, and a couple of them are:

#1 “If you do what everyone else does, you make what everyone else makes”

#2 “When promoting a business opportunity promoting sell the dream, not the reality”

Sounds like harsh and cynical words, right?

When people promote their Mandura business opportunity by espousing the virtues of this new fruit juice product line, they’re not emphasizing the most appealing and unique aspect of Mandura, What Mandura Can Do For You (them), or more commonly known as WIIFM?

The same holds true for programs like Coastal Vacations, which basically prints up some easily obtained travel vouchers but really runs on the backbone of people promoting the program itself as an income opportunity.

When promoting a business opportunity promote the opportunity and all that it entails and promises, not the product itself, because that’s a much more general and saturated market.

Therefore, if your main marketing method and approach is to  tell people all about some “unbelievable Mandura product with four potent fruits all combined into one (Mangosteen, Durian, Acai Berry, and Blueberry) blah-blah-blah… all while using a self-replicated website then you’re all done…

Go home quit now save your time… seriously…

You really think people are going to join Mandura because its a drink unlike no other drink yet packed with phytonutrients and antioxidants your body needs to fight off illnesses, drinking it will make you feel better and more energetic and provide you with a healthier system overall?

No, no, no…

You’re not targeting household Moms and Dads here with your Mandura business promotions, not if you want to do well with it!

A new juice company is nothing new in the grand scheme of things, but a new business opportunity is something new and that is something worth talking about and getting attention to.

However, it seems like there’s a new revolutionary program and product coming out weekly now, so how is this to be addressed in a way that actually garners some serious interest to your sites?

You want to target other network marketers because first and foremost, Mandura is a business opportunity designed around products that get distributed via the mlm distribution channel.

Therefore, the main item that should be presented to network marketers is the compensation plan which emphasizes WIIFM, not the product line…

But how many times have you heard about a new program with yet another revolutionary compensation plan”?

Think about it… as soon as you hear great new health/juice company in the same sentence as network marketing or MLM, your eyes start to glaze over, right?

If you make it past that first same-old, same-old sentence, and get to the 2d sentence of some online ad, you’ll see a mention of the revolutionary compensation plan… and if you don’t fade away at the second sentence like that, more power to you, my patience doesn’t go that far.

My point here is that you need to think outside the box and you need to get with a team that will show you the guerilla-style recruiting methods that really do work…

As of right now, promoting Mandura on the front-end will work because there will be more and more people doing searches for it but who will recruit the eventual top earners and second-tier leaders?

Is it the people who promote Mandura as a health product?

Is it going to be the people promoting self-replicated websites and NOT building a list?

Is it going to be the marketers who devote time and effort to revealing as much information as possible about Mandura?  (possibly, because the buzz is steadily increasing here, but as some point maybe in a year or two there will be a need to change and to adapt marketing methods)…

When you join Mandura, you are asked to create a username, but there’s a little bit of strategy behind this seemingly simple process.

Now, many times you/we might be tempted to just use your regular, real full name or some sort of private nickname for a username but that’s not always the right approach.

Consider your username as something that is a keyword, much like when you consider buying a Mandura related domain name.

You should emphasize the words team, leader, top earners, leaders, mlm, network marketing, top team, and so on…

Then when you start your promotional campaigns it will be easier for you to remember what your username is plus it is conducive to good branding of yourself and your team.

If you start a social media campign, then this is the username you want to brand via Twitter, Facebook, all those other social sharing /media sites, CraigsList, BackPages etc…

You can also use some Web 2.0 properties like Squidoo, HubPages, WordPress.com and more, too

There are certain things you need to know up-front, right now about building a team in network marketing programs.

When I first started out 4 years ago as an online marketing “newbie”, network marketing programs like Prosperity Automated System and Success Synergy Systems got the best of me.

I joined late, my sponsors really didn’t know what they were doing, but were glad to see me spending hundreds of dollars in advertising to build my team.

Little did they know, nor did I know that spending hundreds of dollars to promote something really isn’t necessary if you know a few simple truisms about network marketing in general.

If you’re promoting Mandura like I am (and gladly I might add, our team growth is sky rocketing) you should realize that the MLM and network marketing world is more of a people business than other types of marketing.

Some marketing purists might say that ALL marketing is very people-oriented and they’d be partially right, but this industry requires different methods in order to really succeed.

Do you know where the vast majority of network marketing sales are made?

Via email of course, but how do you get the top earners and heavy hitters to join your team?

In my more successful ventures with other programs, the real money and the real success comes from phone calls, 3-way calls with people who just joined and want to talk to their sponsor, opportunity calls where you can hear your potential sponsor’s voice and ask him/her questions, or even just personal emails not sent from an autoresponder.

Social media and social marketing are the terms and methodology you should be thinking about when promoting your Mandura business.

Digg, Twitter, Article marketing, blogging, leaving your contact details on your websites… ALL those things are especially crucial when marketing in this niche.
