Here’s some good news and some great developments about Mandura.

#1 – They’ve reached out to some countries and after a lot of effort, have the ability to be a presence in the following countries:

• Finland

• Belgium

• Denmark

• Netherlands

• Norway

• Sweden

This is an important step for Mandura because it allows for the necessary global presence that good network marketing companies need for expanding growth and market share.

#2 – Mandura introduces Mandura Trim, a weight loss product

I admit, I love the taste of Mandura and the health benefits of the ingredients in Mandura Juice are widely accepted.

But now they’ve introduced Mandura Trim, a weight loss product that will also be a major, major part of their new product line.

The reality is that a lot of people want health, yeah sure… but most people also want more tangible results and benefits from a juice drink, and that’s where Mandura Trim comes in to play.

If you haven’t been a close follower of Mandura and all their philanthropic efforts, they also donate meals to indigent families and to Haiti earthquake suffers as part of their “giving back” program.

Mandura is expanding their product line and their global outreach, 2 core elements ot a long-standing, long-temr successful comapny

Recently Mandura changed their structure for the compensation plan, and there are good and bad things about it as you’re about to read.

A quick synopsis of Mandura’s compensation plan is that you get a certain percentage of the sales for each person who signs up directly under you (1st generation), and a lesser percentage commissions from the people who sign up under them(2d generation level, and lower tier levels)

This is your typical MLM Network Marketing Pay Structure, which utilizes leveraging and percentages points to reward team growth, but what does this change to the compensation plan mean for existing or new Mandura members?

Well, what the changes did was lessen the percentage of commissions you get from your more immediate generational sales but also further extended the levels at which Mandura IBO cna receive percentage commissions.

So in a nutshell they made Mandura even more of a huge income potential of people building teams and extending their downline generations at the expense of a slight lessening of the income to be derived from more immediate enrollees.

This will negatively affect the Mandura IBOs who aren’t building teams, and not duplicating their upline’s successes.

This post is addressed to those who have called me, emailed me but are still on the fence about joining Mandura (clock’s ticking…)

What happens after you join Mandura?

1. You get a one-hour one-on-one coaching call with me

So what we do once you join is focus on:

• Establishing your skills
• Finding your comfort zone

Moving forward, as you start to see some success with your business, you will expand upward and outward out of the previous comfort zones that have shackled you thus far.

I’m still getting a ton of questions about when Mandura will be expanding it’s distribution channels to outside of the United States.

From what I heard, the first place expansion will take place in Canada, but that’s hearsay, and not truth-speak until we’re told this by Mandura Corporate

As far as other countries are concerned, I presume that the further away from the United States you a geographically, the longer the wait will be…

Donna Bessken, one of our Mandura Leader Group Members, is going to get to the bottom of this question and will keep us updated.

One of the most common fear questions people have before joining any new program or opportunity like Mandura is;

“Will this work for me, my time is scarce and my mental energy only has enough in the tank to devote myself to one thing that will actually work, and give me what I want, more time and money?”.

Before I get into the Mandura Team Growth and News, I’d like to explain what is meant by “how being on the right team can put 40-50 IBOs a day under you” as the exit popup on this site and the optin form on the top right of this site claim.

When you’re on a team that is growing quickly and is productive at enrolling new IBOs, the overall number of IBOs in your team/one leg/organization grows in leaps and bounds daily.

I realize people are reading this site, reading some Mandura Reviews, then downloading the Mandura Compensation plan (<<< download there) yet still have questions…

Here’s the simple way to look at Mandura’s compensation plan to cut down on the confusion and lingering questions, and on the phone calls and questions I’m getting..

When someone joins Mandura under you there’s a recurring and residual income generated for you when the person you sponsor orders bottles or cases.

This is much like a regular affiliate commission earned whenever you refer anyone to any type of monthly program that has a monthly fee.

However, the power of the Mandura comp plan is such that your monthly commission doesn’t stop at just X % of whatever level people came in at for their autoship.

When someone orders Mandura or becomes a distributor via your IBO link you get more than affiliate commissions for that… you get some POINTS, too…

In  addition to the monthly commissions you receive, you also “rack up” some Team Points, Qualifying Volume Points, and Group Volume Points.

Team points and group volume points come from you and your team’s production.  In other words if you’re on a good team that is producing a lot of personal enrollments, then the overall group volume and team volume rises.

Group volume and team volume ENHANCES your income and complements what you do on a personal level.  So, if you sign up under nobody or a team that doesn’t have any momentum, then you don’t get to tap into the team success and will lose out on a lot of the inherent income enhancement features of this compensation plan.

Here’s what it all comes down to:

• Your personal enrollments are enhanced by your team and group volume.
• You get access to varying levels of extra commissions based on a combination of Group Volume and Team Volume points.
• Therefore, Group volume and team volume enhances your commissions in a reciprocal fashion
• Your earnings potential with Mandura income is based on a combination of what you do for personal enrollments plus the Points system that is enhancing and adding to your personal commissions.

The beauty of this is… every person who joins under you adds to your bottom line right away (personal commissions) but also adds to your overall total of points accrued.

So, if you look beyond the immediate gains to be had here (instant monthly income from people you refer), you can see that this compensation plan builds your income in multiple ways just by achieving some singular actions (getting one person to sign up under you).

I just thought I’d share some recent developments about the Mandura team we have going right now.

One  Mandura Team member just signed up his first network marketing program sign up, ever…!

That’s huge for him on a personal development level and also for motivation when you realize that team training really does help you succeed

Another team member signed up a 6-figure network marketer and top earner under her.

This is like the Holy Grail of personal enrollments because having a top earner join your team directly below you almost guarantees you a substantial long-term residual recurring income.

Another, more experienced network marketer has an industry leader on board who is waiting things out deciding which way to move, if at all.

This is common in the network marketing industry, where some leaders just take up space and wait a while until they see which way the wind’s blowing, which way the industry is headed, if there’s room for another program like Mandura etc…

More Mandura Team News…

Offline marketing methods are starting to get impelemented… expensive to do and set up so co-operative efforts were established to allow more people to share in the use of that system.

Self-funding proposal is being established…

I’m testing something out right now, something entirely new to me and I’m really only testing it out to see if it will help my team.  If it doesn’t work out then I’m out a few hundred dollars.  If/when it DOES work out well, we’ll have a self-funded proposal so nobody loses any money, but more importantly, everyone starts building up true-blue marketing systems.

What’s a self-funded proposal?

In plain English it’s something you market on the side that pays for itself and then some with the goal of also getting people to join your primary program.

In the beginning stages of any product launch, there’s a whole lot of things going on behind the scenes that not many people realize.

No matter what’s happening elsewhere in the network marketing world there are always people touting their programs and themselves as #1.

• There’s is the best team, promoting the best product, via the best compensation plan etc…
• Plus there’s always struggling marketers trying to get themselves noticed as leaders and failing.
• …and there are marketers from other programs who really don’t want others to see YOU espousing the benefits of a better program, better comp plan, and doing so for a program with more buzz right now.

You’ll see that nowhere on this site do I mention that Mandura’s products are a cut above the rest of the Mango/Acai-berry-based health juice product lines out there.

Why?

Because while the Mandura products ARE good they’re  still similar to many other products out there, just packaged somewhat differently from those “other” products already out there, but with a superior compensation plan, in my opinion.

What happens during product launches is some people from other programs will try to tell you that their XYZ product is better than your ABC product for all of the minor reasons THEY believe are important.

So what happens during new program launches is…

Sometimes other marketers who are actively promoting other programs will try to tell you their programs’ products are better

You can’t help but get the other (envious?) network marketers contacting you to “try and take you down a notch” via their scientific reasons for thinking their product is superior.

What they’re trying to say (without actually saying it) is…

Why are you promoting this program and product?  A lot of what you say is true (your comp plan is better, and your program has more momentum), so the only thing I can “brace” you on and compete with you about is the tiny, tiny unimportant-to-most-people details about the products.

The fact remains that Mandura’s products are good, and this is proven by the fact that the family of fruits that comprise their product line are widely used in other network marketing programs whose products are based upon Mango and Acai fruits.

The problem with this is their marketing approach is all wrong anyways due to their heavy focus on the product and product line.

Sometimes people will try to brace you on the minutiae of the compensation plans

Programs like Monavia have binary compensation plans or more accurately hybrid comp plans, and there are quite a few other styles of compensation plans you need to know about before you can safely and knowledgeably “defend” your program and perform better when recruiting.
