<p>This is an important step for Mandura because it allows for the necessary global presence that good network marketing companies need for expanding growth and market share.</p>
<p><strong>#2 &#8211; Mandura introduces Mandura Trim, a weight loss product</strong></p>
<p>I admit, I love the taste of Mandura and the health benefits of the ingredients in Mandura Juice are widely accepted.</p>
<p>But now they&#8217;ve introduced Mandura Trim, a weight loss product that will also be a major, major part of their new product line.</p>
<p>The reality is that a lot of people want health, yeah sure&#8230; but most people also want more tangible results and benefits from a juice drink, and that&#8217;s where Mandura Trim comes in to play.</p>
<p>If you haven&#8217;t been a close follower of Mandura and all their philanthropic efforts, they also donate meals to indigent families and to Haiti earthquake suffers as part of their &#8220;giving back&#8221; program<strong>.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Recently Mandura changed their structure for the compensation plan, and there are good and bad things about it as you&#8217;re about to read.</strong></p>
<p>A quick synopsis of Mandura&#8217;s compensation plan is that you get a certain percentage of the sales for each person who signs up directly under you (1st generation), and a lesser percentage commissions from the people who sign up under them(2d generation level, and lower tier levels)</p>
<p>This is your typical MLM Network Marketing Pay Structure, which utilizes leveraging and percentages points to reward team growth, but what does this change to the compensation plan mean for existing or new Mandura members?</p>
<p>Well, what the changes did was lessen the percentage of commissions you get from your more immediate generational sales but also further extended the levels at which Mandura IBO cna receive percentage commissions.</p>
<p>So in a nutshell they made Mandura even more of a huge income potential of people building teams and extending their downline generations at the expense of a slight lessening of the income to be derived from more immediate enrollees.</p>
<p>This will negatively affect the Mandura IBOs who aren&#8217;t building teams, and not duplicating their upline&#8217;s successes.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>I&#8217;m still getting a ton of questions about when Mandura will be expanding it&#8217;s distribution channels to outside of the United States.</strong></p>
<p>From what I heard, the first place expansion will take place in Canada, but that&#8217;s hearsay, and not truth-speak until we&#8217;re told this by Mandura Corporate</p>
<p>As far as other countries are concerned, I presume that the further away from the United States you a geographically, the longer the wait will be&#8230;</p>

<p><strong>One of the most common fear questions people have before joining any new program or opportunity like Mandura is;</strong></p>
<blockquote><p>&#8220;Will this work for me, my time is scarce and my mental energy only has enough in the tank to devote myself to one thing that will actually work, and give me what I want, more time and money?&#8221;.</p></blockquote>
<p>Phew! That&#8217;s a mouthful right?  But it&#8217;s basically what people new to network marketing and business opportunities like Mandura want to know.</p>
<p>The answer may surprise you&#8230;</p>
<p>The ANSWER IS&#8230;</p>
<ul>
<li>It&#8217;s NOT really the compensation plan that will make you successful (although Mandura&#8217;s compensation plan is a nice income booster&#8230;)</li>

<li>It&#8217;s NOT even about being on the &#8220;best-est&#8221;, fastest, &#8220;most-est&#8221; (insert superlative here) TEAM&#8230;</li>

<p>The &#8221; elephant in the room&#8221; with network marketing, companies, opportunities and their compensation plans is that:</p>
<blockquote><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">In the long-run your network marketing success has more to do with how you market, and how your team is conducting its marketing than anything else.</span></p></blockquote>
<p>The alleged trickle-down effect, the spillover, the overall value of being on a good team with a fantastic team growth and momentum, what&#8217;s all that really worth to you, bottom-line?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s marketing methods, mechanisms, and creating duplication for team members that makes your network marketing business grow over time.</p>
<p>This is how stable incomes in network marketing are achieved.</p>
<p>Everyone else goes from program to program and they never establish a solid base nor do they brand themselves, they just keep program-hopping and most will never understand why they fail to get more than just a few sign-ups in every program they&#8217;ve hopped around in and to for their entire network marketing &#8220;career&#8221;.</p>

<p>When someone joins Mandura under you there&#8217;s a recurring and residual income generated for you when the person you sponsor orders bottles or cases.</p>
<p>This is much like a regular affiliate commission earned whenever you refer anyone to any type of monthly program that has a monthly fee.</p>
<p>However, the power of the <a href="http://www.manduraleader.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/Mandura-Comp-Plan.pdf" target="_blank">Mandura comp plan</a> is such that your monthly commission doesn&#8217;t stop at just X % of whatever level people came in at for their autoship.</p>

<p><strong>I just thought I&#8217;d share some recent developments about the Mandura team we have going right now.</strong></p>
<p><strong>One  Mandura Team member just signed up his first network marketing program sign up,</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong> ever&#8230;!</strong> </span></p>
<p>That&#8217;s huge for him on a personal development level and also for motivation when you realize that team training really does help you succeed<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
</span></p>
<p><strong>Another team member signed up a 6-figure network marketer and top earner under her.</strong></p>
<p>This is like the Holy Grail of personal enrollments because having a top earner join your team directly below you almost guarantees you a substantial long-term residual recurring income.</p>
<p><strong>Another, more experienced network marketer has an industry leader on board who is waiting things out deciding which way to move, if at all.</strong></p>
<p>This is common in the network marketing industry, where some leaders just take up space and wait a while until they see which way the wind&#8217;s blowing, which way the industry is headed, if there&#8217;s room for another program like Mandura etc&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>More Mandura Team News&#8230;</strong></p>
<p><strong>Offline marketing methods </strong>are starting to get impelemented&#8230; expensive to do and set up so co-operative efforts were established to allow more people to share in the use of that system.</p>
<p><strong>Self-funding proposal is being established&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>I&#8217;m testing something out right now, something entirely new to me and I&#8217;m really only testing it out to see if it will help my team.  If it doesn&#8217;t work out then I&#8217;m out a few hundred dollars.  If/when it DOES work out well, we&#8217;ll have a self-funded proposal so nobody loses any money, but more importantly, everyone starts building up true-blue marketing systems.</p>
<p><strong>What&#8217;s a self-funded proposal? </strong></p>
<p>In plain English it&#8217;s something you market on the side that pays for itself and then some with the goal of also getting people to join your primary program.</p>

<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>In the beginning stages of any product launch, there&#8217;s a whole lot of things going on behind the scenes that not many people realize.</strong></p>
<p>No matter what&#8217;s happening elsewhere in the network marketing world there are always people touting their programs and themselves as #1.</p>
<ul>
<li>There&#8217;s is the best team, promoting the best product, via the best compensation plan etc&#8230;</li>
<li>Plus there&#8217;s always struggling marketers trying to get themselves noticed as leaders and failing.</li>
<li>&#8230;and there are marketers from other programs who really don&#8217;t want others to see YOU espousing the benefits of a better program, better comp plan, and doing so for a program with more buzz right now.</li>
</ul>
<p>You&#8217;ll see that nowhere on this site do I mention that Mandura&#8217;s products are a cut above the rest of the Mango/Acai-berry-based health juice product lines out there.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because while the Mandura products ARE good they&#8217;re  still similar to many other products out there, just packaged somewhat differently from those &#8220;other&#8221; products already out there, but with a superior compensation plan, in my opinion.</p>
<p>What happens during product launches is some people from other programs will try to tell you that their XYZ product is better than your ABC product for all of the minor reasons THEY believe are important.</p>
<p>So what happens during new program launches is&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Sometimes other marketers who are actively promoting other programs will try to tell you their programs&#8217; products are better</span></p>
<p>You can&#8217;t help but get the other (envious?) network marketers contacting you to &#8220;try and take you down a notch&#8221; via their scientific reasons for thinking their product is superior.</p>
<p>What they&#8217;re trying to say (without actually saying it) is&#8230;</p>
<p>Why are you promoting this program and product?  A lot of what you say is true (your comp plan is better, and your program has more momentum), so the only thing I can &#8220;brace&#8221; you on and compete with you about is the tiny, tiny unimportant-to-most-people details about the products.</p>
<p>The fact remains that Mandura&#8217;s products are good, and this is proven by the fact that the family of fruits  that comprise their product line are widely used in other network marketing programs whose products are based upon Mango and Acai fruits.</p>
<p>The problem with this is their marketing approach is all wrong anyways due to their heavy focus on the product and product line.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Sometimes people will try to brace you on the minutiae of the compensation plans</span></p>
<p>Programs like Monavia have binary compensation plans or more accurately hybrid comp plans, and there are quite a few other styles of compensation plans you need to know about before you can safely and knowledgeably &#8220;defend&#8221; your program and perform better when recruiting.</p>
